WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Although we are based in Europe the majority of our products are made in the USA. We are a Print on Demand (POD) business which means that every order is custom made to order. We work with a number of production partners in the USA. Our designs are all our own, as we do all of our designs in house. 

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

Based on our manufacturing locations in the USA, packages may be shipped separately. With our manufacturing and printing partners located in the USA and Ireland, different products are produced at different locations. For this reason, we may ship your order in multiple shipments to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible. In the event your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive different carrier tracking numbers within your order.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES?

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred if transported across international borders. As most of our products are produced in the USA you may be liable for customs duties depending on the country you reside, please check with your countries customs policies as we at Eire In My Blood or the Courier company are not liable for any duties that may apply.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

It's our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws. This is why we proudly offer our 100% print guarantee. In the event your product is damaged or defective, contact info@eireinmyblood.com. You must contact Eire In My Blood within seven (7) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect, i.e. photo(s). We will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. Eire In My Blood will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.
Eire In My Blood will not honour defect requests which are attributed to shirt size concerns. We strongly encourage all customers to review our shirt sizing charts, which are shown at the very bottom of each shirt product page, before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your requirements.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We don't offer cancellations because as soon as you place your order with us it is automatically placed with one of our production facilities, this to ensure it gets produced and printed in the fastest possible time frame, to ensure you receive your order within our estimated production and shipping times.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?  

For security reasons, we don’t hold credit card information on our system. If you would like to purchase another item and have already completed your order, you will need to place another order. If you need help placing an order, feel free to contact us at info@eireinmyblood.com

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT SIZE OR OPTIONS I WANT FOR THE PRODUCT I'M ORDERING? 

Every product has options to select the perfect style for you. Make sure you choose what you want carefully and review your purchase before checkout. If you believe you have made a mistake after you’ve checked out, contact us immediately at info@eireinmyblood.com to make any changes.

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE? 

Yes, if you are in receipt of a coupon code you can use it at checkout. Simply type the code into the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout and click Apply for the discount to be applied to your order.

IF I FORGET TO APPLY A COUPON CODE AT CHECKOUT, CAN YOU APPLY IT AFTER?

Yes, we will refund your payment method by the value of the discount, e.g. if it's a 10% discount code we will refund you 10% of the product cost.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

No problem, we can resend it to you! Just double check that the email address used when placing your order is correct and then contact us at info@eireinmyblood.com and we’ll resend your order confirmation to you.

WILL I GET AN ORDER NUMBER?

Yes, your order number (EIMB-XXXXX) is part of the Order Confirmation Email that is sent to you immediately after you place your order. This number is unique to your order and allows you to track it's progress.

CAN YOU LOOK UP MY ORDER?

The best way for us to find your order when you contact us is to include your order number - the EIMB-+five digit number found in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order number, no problem we can find your order with the email address you used to place your order.  

WHEN IS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGED?

Your card is charged immediately after you make your purchase. For security reasons and because of our production process, we cannot hold pending charges in our system and charge you when the item ships.   

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, G Pay and Amazon Pay.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes, it is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

WHO DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Our main shipping partners are USPS, UPS and DHL. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping costs for orders placed within the USA start at $6.95 and increase depending on the order value. USA orders for $100 or more are shipped FREE! International shipping costs start at $8.95 and increase depending on the order value.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Feel free to email us at info@eireinmyblood.com if you have questions on this. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees associated with bringing our product into their country.

CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can do this at any time BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact us immediately at info@eireinmyblood.com and one of our customer support team members will help you out. When your item has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Once your item has shipped, you can no longer change your shipping address.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ORDER - CAN THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Due to the fact that we use a number of print providers, each order is shipped separately.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER, WILL THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Unlikely, unless the items ordered are produced by our same print provider, so you may well receive multiple shipments for your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Yes, as soon as you order ships you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking information.

WHAT IF MY SHIPPING TRACKING ISN'T MOVING? 

Once your order is shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL) is responsible for the transit of the shipment. It may take 1-2 business days for that carrier's tracking system to update with initial shipping information. If after 3 business days the shipment tracking has still not updated, or if your shipment stops updating before delivery, please contact us at info@eireinmyblood.com and we will contact our print provider asap with a view to them following up directly with the carrier responsible.  

WHAT IF MY TRACKING SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE?

Once we ship your order, the carrier is responsible for delivering the shipment safely and securely. Contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking details for them to update you on the delivery status of your package.
